Legal Issues and AS. Paul Prior, Esq., from the law firm of Hinkle, Fingles and Prior will discuss how the law relates to ASD adults and their needs. Mr. Prior was responsible for successfully litigating a change in access to DDD services. He will discuss this case and the new rules, which resulted. He will also cover the appeal process, if services are denied, as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act and other anti-discrimination laws.
